By accessing or purchasing from unistreams.store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing any purchase.

1. About UniStreams

UniStreams is an independent digital product reseller at unistreams.store. We provide access to DAZN Premium subscription credentials for use in Spain. UniStreams is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with DAZN in any way.

2. Products and Services

UniStreams sells access to DAZN Premium for the Spanish market in 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month plans. Upon successful payment, you receive login credentials (email + password) within 5 minutes.

3. Acceptable Use

Personal, non-commercial use only.
Do not share, resell, or redistribute credentials to any third party.
Do not use the service in violation of applicable laws or DAZN's terms of service.

⚠️ Sharing credentials may result in account termination. No refund will be issued if termination is caused by misuse or sharing.

4. Delivery

Credentials are delivered electronically, typically within 5 minutes of payment. In rare cases, up to 24 hours. If not received after 24 hours, contact contacto@unistreams.store.

5. Guarantee

We guarantee access will remain functional for the entire purchased period. If credentials stop working, we will replace them within 24 hours at no cost. Contact us with your order details.

6. Refunds

See our Refund Policy for full details. A 14-day refund window applies from purchase if the service has not been accessed. Once credentials are used, refunds do not apply as the digital content has been consumed.

7. Payments

Payments are processed through our secure third-party checkout (Shopify). You may be redirected to a different storefront URL — this is normal and intentional for security. All transactions are SSL-encrypted.

8. Limitation of Liability

UniStreams is not responsible for interruptions or changes to DAZN's service made by DAZN directly, technical issues on the user's device, or indirect/consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

DAZN and associated trademarks are the property of DAZN Group. UniStreams makes no claim to these. All UniStreams branding is the property of UniStreams.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable European Union consumer law and Spanish commercial law.
