⚠️ Once you access or use the provided credentials, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. This applies because the digital content (DAZN Premium access) is delivered and consumed immediately upon use.
By completing your purchase and receiving your credentials, you acknowledge and consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and the associated loss of withdrawal rights upon use.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
If your access stops working during your paid period, our replacement guarantee applies — we will replace your credentials within 24 hours at no cost. This guarantee is separate from and in addition to your refund rights. We strongly encourage contacting us for a replacement before requesting a refund, as we can usually resolve issues instantly.
