Refund Policy

At UniStreams, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and our refund process in full compliance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU).

1. Your Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

✅ Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, without giving any reason, provided you have not yet accessed or used the digital content (credentials).

To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days at contacto@unistreams.store with your order details and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.

2. Digital Content Exception

⚠️ Once you access or use the provided credentials, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. This applies because the digital content (DAZN Premium access) is delivered and consumed immediately upon use.

By completing your purchase and receiving your credentials, you acknowledge and consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and the associated loss of withdrawal rights upon use.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

You are entitled to a full refund if:

You request a refund within 14 days AND have not used the credentials.
The credentials delivered are non-functional and we are unable to replace them within 24 hours.
You did not receive your credentials within 24 hours of purchase and we cannot resolve the issue.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

Purchases where credentials have already been accessed or used.
Accounts terminated due to misuse, credential sharing, or violation of our Terms of Service.
Requests made after the 14-day withdrawal window.
Issues caused by DAZN's own platform changes or outages beyond our control.
User error (e.g., forgetting credentials, account locked due to multiple failed login attempts).

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Guarantee vs. Refund

If your access stops working during your paid period, our replacement guarantee applies — we will replace your credentials within 24 hours at no cost. This guarantee is separate from and in addition to your refund rights. We strongly encourage contacting us for a replacement before requesting a refund, as we can usually resolve issues instantly.
